COOKING CLASS- VEGAN (PLANT-BASED) INDIAN INSPIRED

We are all know creamy and rich Indian curries or Indian style rice. I would like to show you that Indian cuisine can be marry with for example Japanese ingredients – miso paste ! (yummy) and without compromising on flavor can be much lighter

Let’s meet together to prepare some vegan Indian inspired lunch on Saturday 27th of January at 11am
We all know Indian classics – but hope to show you different approach to Indian food. We will prepare healthier and lighter versions of staples like curry , rice and speedy, healthy side dish

Miso eggplant- chickpeas curry – rich and creamy , addition of miso paste adds incredible umami flavor.

Chilli & courgette pickle – quick way to prepare pickle courgette (zucchini) . You will love the taste of spices and zesty lime

Gold cauliflower rice – light alternative to staple side dish – rice. We are going to ‘turn’ cauliflower into rice. It’s so easy to make and it’s packed with flavors

This class will be hands-on so please wear light, comfortable clothing as it can get quite warm while cooking.

After the class we will sit together and enjoy the food.
If you can’t stay you can also take food with you. Please have your containers with you
