Who doesn’t love chocolate, the single ingredient that makes its appearance in many well loved desserts?
In this class, learn how to prepare 2 chocolate desserts:
- very chocolaty, fudgy chewy vegan brownies, loved even by non-vegans
- chocolate cream parfait, so creamy that you wouldn’t believe it is dairy free
Learn also how to vary ingredients and toppings to have different flavours. Perfect as impressive Christmas gifts, delightful desserts to serve at Christmas parties, or any time you feel like enjoying chocolate desserts.
Instructor will demonstrate making of brownies, followed by participants working in pair. Chocolate cream will be demonstrated with individual hands-on at assembling parfait.
Class size is capped at 8 persons.
All ingredients, tools and course handouts included. Please bring your own container to pack home the desserts.

About the Instructor, Joyce Thong
Started off as a self taught baker, Joyce embarked on the journey to create delicious vegan desserts. Not able to find any schools teaching vegan desserts in Singapore, Joyce enrolled in an overseas course with an international school – Rouxbe Cooking School. She graduated first in class with final grades of 100%. She currently holds an Essential Vegan Dessert Course certificate with Rouxbe.
