An exclusive dinner with world renowned conservationist, primatologist, and UN Messenger of Peace: Dr. Jane Goodall
The Jane Goodall Institute (Singapore) turns 10 this year! Come and join us in celebrating this joyous occasion with UN Messenger of Peace Dr. Jane Goodall in an evening of inspiration, over a vegetarian dinner, surrounded by the lush greenery of Hort Park.
For the past 10 years, JGIS has worked to drive public education and the Roots & Shoots youth programme to inspire positive action in Singapore. Among other initiatives, we offer free guided walks to share with the public how we can live harmoniously alongside long-tailed macaques. With Roots & Shoots, we provide guidance and funding from sponsors to help student-led projects flourish. We also conduct citizen science surveys of Raffles’ Banded Langurs to help conservation of this critically endangered species. In essence, we believe everyone can make a difference, and our goal is to nurture the next generation of ‘Jane Goodalls’ by empowering and inspiring people to take action for the environment, animals, and our community; to live in harmony with wildlife and nature.
We are currently a 100% volunteer-run organisation, and in order to continue and expand our efforts, we seek your kind support for fundraising through this exclusive dinner. Early bird discounts are available, and a limited number of autographed memorabilia (including our crowd favourite, Mr. H Junior) will also be up for grabs. Seize this rare opportunity to interact with Dr. Jane, and get your tickets now!
Enjoy early bird rates at 15% off ticket price, from now till 18th July 2017. Use code EYBD15 (Early Bird Rates have been extended to 23rd July 2017!)
