Macrobiotics Vegan Culinary Workshop

Dear Organic Goers,

One of our favourite Veganic Culinary Gurus, Mdm Kurina Yonezawa (from Japan) who visit Singapore almost every year, will be coming again soon, to conduct Macrobiotics Culinary class! 😀

On 1 May (Sun) , Mdm Yonezawa is planning to teach us the menu:

2. UMEBOSHI NO OSUIMONO, Clear Soup with Preserved Salty Plum

3. TOHU MAME YASAI SARADA, Salad with Beans, Tohu & Vegetables

4. MACCHA PURIN, Green Tea Pudding

5. BANCHA, Twig tea
