Join Raw Chef Yin at this workshop to learn how to make 3 different kinds of non-dairy cheese to surprise your friends & family.
You will learn how to make:
1. Basic Fermented Nut/Seed Cheeze
2. Mozzarella Cheeze and Caprese Salad Skewers
3. Feta Cheeze
Dairy products are highly inflammatory and Raw Chef Yin truly believes that they’re not meant for human consumption. From her personal experience, the moment she eliminated meat, milk, cheese and eggs from her diet, she has been completely cured from all her eczema problems. Hence she is now on a quest to create raw vegan food that is creative and exciting. Raw Vegan Cheeze is currently one of her main obsessions 😉
This is a semi hands-on workshop where apart from learning how to make raw vegan cheese, you’ll also be taught how to put together a beautiful cheeze platter. It’s a chance to meet other like-minded people who are aware of how food can have a huge impact on one’s health & well-being and also make new friends. Of course, you can also have a chat with Raw Chef Yin on any of your questions regarding raw food.
A full set of step-by-step handouts will be provided so that you can go back and make the cheeze at home too.
As this is a plant-based workshop with no animal products used, it is suitable for vegans and vegetarians as well as anyone who is interested in clean eating and a healthy lifestyle.

Raw Chef Yin has trained at the Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy, the world’s first classically structured raw and plant-based culinary school. Armed with some of the most innovative techniques on raw food preparation, she has conducted raw food demos & workshops across Hong Kong, Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya & Penang. She is the host of Malaysia’s very first raw vegan cooking show, VELICIOUS with Raw Chef Yin. Raw Chef Yin is possibly the one and only Malaysian who holds a Raw Food Teacher Certification from Karen Knowler International.
