The What, Why and How of Plant-Based Diets

Nowadays, more people in Singapore and other developed countries are moving towards plant-based diets. Plant-based diets consist of foods from plants, such as whole grains, nuts, seeds, beans, vegetables and fruits. Scientific evidence suggests that plant-based diets benefit human health, environmental protection and the welfare of non-human animals.
