We will have the Chocolate Brownies & Ice Cream Workshop by Raw Chef Yin on 19th February, 2017 (Sun) 2:30pm – 5pm.

Join Raw Chef Yin at this hands-on workshop to learn how to make healthy, delicious, raw vegan chocolate brownies & ice cream for your family!

You will learn how to make:
1. Chocolate Brownies with Chocolate Glaze
2. Vanilla Ice Cream
3. Salted Pistachio Ice Cream
4. Black Sesame Ice Cream

You will be mind-blown after attending this workshop as Raw Chef Yin will teach you how to make yummy chocolate brownies and 3 different flavoured ice creams that are actually healthy and good for you.

We all know that traditionally brownies and ice cream are filled with white sugar, refined wheat flour, butter, eggs, cream – making them extremely bad for our bodies.

However, did you know you can actually make them without all the nasty ingredients and they’ll taste really good?

Raw Chef Yin has developed wonderful raw, vegan recipes – no milk, no butter, no cream, no eggs, no refined sugar, no white flour in them. Instead we will be using whole fruits, nuts and seeds to transform them into delicious guilt-free goodies! And the ice cream is definitely not made of frozen bananas either.

This is a hands-on workshop where you will be making these yummy goodies under the guidance of Raw Chef Yin. You will get to enjoy these delicious, energy-giving, living foods after you finish making them and also have a chat with Raw Chef Yin on any of your questions regarding raw food.

A full set of step-by-step handouts will be provided so that you can go back and easily make the chocolate brownies and ice cream at home too.

As this is a plant-based workshop with no animal products used, it is suitable for vegans and vegetarians as well as anyone who is interested in clean eating and a healthy lifestyle.

Raw Chef Yin is one of Malaysia’s up-and-coming raw vegan chefs. Trained at the world’s leading raw & plant-based culinary school, Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy, she has conducted raw food workshops, demos and private consultations across Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and Malaysia; been featured in publications such as Malay Mail, Zafigo,, Calibre, Fireflyz and has appeared on national radio shows including BFM: The Business Radio Station and Matic.FM. She also has a regular column called ‘Raw with Chef Yin’ at PurelyB – one of Asia’s premier health and wellness portals – where she writes about her adventures and misadventures as a raw food chef.
