In this class Dr Julia Lim will show how the fresh leaves and pods of the moringa can be made into beautiful modern dishes – both raw and cooked. There will be pesto pasta, quiche omelette, jade green soup, yummy tangy curry, smoothie and a vegan moringa cheese quesadilla.
