SG Fermentation Friends welcome our second international speaker from Ho Chi Minh City, Chiara Squinzi aka La Holista. Chiara is originally from Italy, lived and worked in Shanghai before she made her way to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – where her business La Holista produces gluten-free and vegan foods for gourmet supermarkets. A plant-based nutrition promoter, Chiara is a health coach, yoga teacher, student of functional medicine and author of the book “Nourishing Weight Loss”. And with her Italian roots, she has years of experience developing delicious, healthy dishes for her personal clients, family, friends, and healthy cafes & restaurants.
In this workshop, we’d be making fermented cheese, including sweet fruit cheese and a savoury one – using fresh ingredients straight from the FARM (Thank you to Nong @ Edible Garden City) and some from supermarkets that you can easily access.
