It is said that “only five to ten percent of cancers are hereditary” and “around one-third of cancer deaths are linked to poor diet, physical inactivity and carrying around too much weight”. There’s a global obesity epidemic and a cholesterol level crisis. But still, much work is left to be done in educating masses on how to make the right food choices and changing mindsets on healthy living.
