Plant based breakfast – class

Would you like to start your weekend with a healthy plant based (vegan) breakfast?
Join us on Saturday 10th of February at 10 am for a plant based homecooked breakfast at Bencoolen Street ( few minutes walk from Bugis or Rochor mrt station )
Usually what first comes to mind when we think about plant-based breakfasts are things like smoothies and overnight oats. Sound familiar? Both of these are great, but they can get old pretty quickly.

There are many other options out there if you’re trying to fit more plants into your diet. As a general rule, it’s good to include protein in your breakfast to give you the sustained energy you need and to avoid the hunger and drop of energy. All the dishes below are not only delicious but also packed with proteins which will keep your body nourished and your hunger…… satisfied.
We are going to have :

Scrambled tofu – vegan twist on classic scrambled eggs. with mushrooms and bell peppers
Chickpea omelette – another vegan variation of the breakfast classic
Breakfast lentils -lentlls cooked in aromatic spices. This dish can be a good ”competition” fo r popular baked beans
All dishes served with rye bread and herbal or fruity tea
