The Panel:
Emilie Tan is a certified raw food chef and an award winning vegan ultra-endurance athlete. She specializes in helping individuals get fitter, leaner and healthier through a plant-based diet, online programs and coaching workshops. Emilie is one of the founders of Evolved Generation in Australia, a brand striving to promote health and athleticism through conscious consumption.

Vlad Ixel is a champion vegan ultramarathoner, who has won the 75km Kep Ultramarathon in Perth, Australia (setting a course record), the Northface 100km in Singapore, the TMBT 100km in Malaysia, the North Face 100km Thailand Ultra and many other races.

Luke Tan is an author and a vegan athlete who has won international awards. Regarded as Australia’s number one plant-based strength coach, Luke has trained clients ranging from stay at home mums to internationally acclaimed athletes. Luke is one of the founders of Evolved Generation and is currently based in Singapore.

After the discussion, we might even surprise our panel with an arm-wrestling challenge! (Depending of course on whether any of our diners are up for the contest!)
